Keeping the amount of fine dust smaller than 0.5 microns per cubic meter below 3,500 is A grade A of international dust-free standards. At present, the dust-free standards applied in chip grade production and processing have higher requirements for dust than Class A, and such high standards are mainly applied in the production of some higher grade chips. The amount of fine dust is strictly limited to 1,000 particles per cubic meter, known in the industry as 1K.
